Didn't have much time but I added a little color to my drawing prompt for today #koala. Would like to spend more time with this drawing and color it a bit better later.

Illustration Portfolio time
I've been hard at work trying to get some new artwork done! Been playing around with new techniques that I've learned about reading things online. Most of the stuff is 1 - 2 day play. I have been reading a lot too, getting ideas or just enjoying what I'm reading.
This week I did my first illustration friday drawing that I've done in a while.
You can find that here in my daily drawing blog:

Speaking of which, isn't really a daily drawing blog at this point. I've been kinda using it on-and-off again. The most important part is that I'm using it!
I have another work-in-progress with an illustration from "the fisherman's wife"
I'm testing creating textures on paper and then working with them digitally. I find I like to draw on paper and make a mess with paint more and then go online and 'fix' anything I have an issue with.
